A paid booking holds its parts, and arrives ready
- The moment a customer pays online, their parts are set aside. Nobody at the counter can sell what someone has already bought.
- When the car is checked in, the package becomes an approved quotation at the price they paid, the work appears on the job, and the money is already on the bill.
- If the car does not come within a week, the parts go back on the shelf and the booking is flagged for a new date. Nothing is refunded — the money stays theirs and follows the new date.
